Reignite your Spark, Step into Lasting Change

Bespoke Therapy, Consultancy and Courses For Individuals, Communities and Organisations

The world is changing, and we need you.

We are living through a time of deep shifts. The systems around us are under strain. Many of us feel the pressure in our lives, our work, and our communities.

It can narrow what feels possible.

But meaningful change does not happen on its own. It requires individuals and organisations willing to stay engaged and to build something stronger from within.

Change is still possible. It begins when we reconnect with what matters, realign with our values, and strengthen the foundations that allow us to act with clarity and purpose.

Our work exists to support that process.

Our Services

Individual Therapy
Reclaiming Your Inner Change Maker

For women who sense that a part of them has grown quiet over time.

Through trauma-informed and culturally rooted therapy, we explore the pressures and expectations that shaped you. We work toward reclaiming your voice, your direction, and the scale of change that feels right for you.

For Organisations
Strengthening Foundations of Change

For organisations operating in high-pressure and complex environments.

We work alongside you to understand how your team is experiencing the work, identify where strain is building, and design practical structures that support sustainable and values-led change.

Our Values:

  • Trauma Informed

Rather than asking “What’s wrong with you?”, we ask “What has happened to you and what do you need now?” We prioritise safety, choice, collaboration, and pacing, while avoiding practices that overwhelm or retraumatise. We see healing as a relational process, not an individual failure or task to complete.

  • Culturally Rooted

We recognise that distress and healing are expressed differently across cultures, and that Western psychological models do not hold universal answers. Our approach values lived experience, collective wisdom, and culturally grounded understandings of wellbeing, rather than asking people to adapt themselves to systems that were never built for them.

  • Politically Engaged

We acknowledge how racism, colonial histories, displacement, gendered violence, and economic injustice shape distress and limit access to care. Rather than treating suffering as purely individual, we place psychology in conversation with social justice, collective responsibility, and ethical action.

Hi,

I'm Jeeda Alhakim.

I have been a counselling psychologist for over fifteen years. And, I worked across different countries and with many organisations. Over time, I began to notice the same patterns again and again.

I saw women who cared deeply about their families and communities, but felt disconnected from themselves. Women who were told they were too much or not enough. I saw them trying to make changes in their lives and being met with resistance from family expectations, community pressures, or systems that were not built for them.

I also worked with organisations that wanted to create real change. They had strong values and a clear mission. But their teams were tired. Sometimes they felt stuck. They were trying to move forward while carrying the weight of trauma, funding pressures, and complex systems.

In this moment, the pressure feels even stronger. Across South West Asia, North Africa, and their diasporas, many people are navigating conflict, displacement, and uncertainty. The desire to grow and create change is still there. But the path can feel harder to walk.

This is why I created this service.

I hope that through this work, you feel more grounded in who you are. That your choices reflect what truly matters to you. That you have the support and strength you need to move forward. And that you find spaces of community where you can grow, heal, and make room for change.
